Giving, but not taking, ad-vice

My favourite vice has to be the big one my dad used to have fixed on a huge workbench. I crushed loads of inappropriate things in there when I was little. Plastic animals were the best, because they came out looking like they’d been in a terrible car accident, so I could then play with them in my animal hospital. As far as I know my dad never found out I did this. Probably just as well. I’m actually quite a nice person now.

My favourite vice is entering competitions in the forlorn hope of winning a nice prize.

My favourite vice is going to the Sunday sessions at my local pub The Half Moon, which don’t end til around 2AM ... a vice I always regret when I have to get up at 5:30AM on Mondays for rowing practices! Though, as Samuel Johnson points out: "Music is the only sensual pleasure without vice" ... so maybe I can be forgiven... :P

My vice is letting down my housemates bike tyre because she is so lazy at tidying up our house but happy to complain about the mess shes made....this might not be a vice however...more of a rant x

Spending too long wandering around online

My favourite vice is making lame jokes about how I like vices - as in adjustable mechanical clamps used for woodworking - as opposed to vices in the sense implied by the competition, which is the immoral or depraved, opposite of virtue sort of sense. I particularly like it even if the joke has been done several times before.

Before that it was smoking, but I gave that up.
